Best Wishes for Year 2022 Business Year.

Dear Esteemed Member,

It’s a new year! My humble self and esteemed leadership team are excited to begin this year, 2022 with you all being part of our successes and achievements in the year, 2021. We sincerely, appreciate your supports demonstrated during these trying times. A new year presents us with the opportunity to make new resolutions, stay strategic to meet our set goals and break forth in areas where we are domicile in our advocacy pursuit. Our goals for year 2022, are initiatives in our strategic action plan which has been revamped to meet the needs of our members. Our plans evolved from a reviewed strategic action plan which sets a pointer to what we are doing right and areas of improvement with major inputs gathered from stakeholder’s feedback and defined through collaborative efforts.

To those who have been actively part of the group, many thanks for always taking the time to share your valued input and thanks yet again for being a driving force to our advocacy pursuit. We are so much excited to share with you some of the major events and activities streamlined for year 2022. Firstly, we have the so much talked about CEO luncheon which will aid to unify the group better as a strong force to reckon with. Next, a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Governor to discuss the menace and possible ways or eradicating the pains inflicted on members by the men of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), LASMA, VIO, Nigerian Police force, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), etc. against the ethics of the ease of doing business in the state, Pursue fast-track incentives by Federal Ministry of Trade & Investment (FMITI), reduction of tariff of T&C raw-materials, collaborate with State and Federal agencies to support creative solutions to improve the ease of doing business, trainings on FX, Exportation and Investments opportunities by Standard Chartered Bank, to mention but a few.

These streamlined activities /events are big goals and I believe we can achieve them and more if we stand firmly as a voice. Let’s not be defeated nor discouraged by the pandemic, keep the spirit high and let’s keep going. We therefore, solicit for the timely fulfilment of your obligatory duty (annual subscription) as a member and to actively share in the core values that drive us.

As always, thank you for your continued dedication to our cause. Join us effortlessly in our pursuit for positive advocacy, we need you to pull through and together we will doubtlessly defeat our challenges. Here’s to better times ahead in 2022!
